3. Third-party services & advertising

Lumora relies on a small number of trusted third-party services. Each of them has its own privacy policy:

These providers may collect device identifiers and usage data as described in their own policies. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Ads & personalization (AdMob)

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob and its partner networks. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage information to deliver, measure, and personalize ads.

EU/UK/EEA users — consent. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App will show a Google-certified consent message (Google User Messaging Platform) the first time you launch it. You can change your choices at any time from the in-app settings.

Other regions. You can opt out of personalized advertising at the device level: on Android in Settings → Privacy → Ads, and on iOS in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

For more on how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, see policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

5. Cookies, identifiers & SDKs

The App itself does not use browser cookies, but the SDKs we integrate (AdMob, Firebase) may use local identifiers, in-memory tokens, or similar technologies to operate. These are described in the policies linked in Section 3.

6. How we share information

We share information only:

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

7. Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. Analytics and crash logs are typically retained for up to 14 months. Support correspondence may be retained for up to 24 months.

8. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

EU/UK (GDPR): our legal bases are consent (for personalized ads and optional analytics), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, basic analytics), and legal obligation.

California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell personal information. California residents may request access, deletion, or correction.

To exercise any right, contact us at the address in Section 13.

9. Children's privacy

Lumora is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No system, however, is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International data transfers

Lumora is operated from India. If you use the App from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice (such as an in-app message). Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
